Learn how to safely execute acro skills and integrate them seamlessly into your dancing. Acro skills training always focuses on utilizing the correct technique to be able to perform acro skills safely on the dance floor rather than a gymnastics floor. Learn from an acro expert who is also a Certified Athletic Therapist who understands the biomechanics behind executing acro skills safely and properly. Training sessions will include drills, skill breakdown and goal specific conditioning/stretching.  A huge variety of skills are taught depending on level and goals. Some tricks may include:

Foundational skills (e.g. rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, etc.)

Limbering (e.g. walkovers, limbers, tinsicas, etc.)

Balancing (e.g. chest stands, elbow stands, scorpions, etc.)

Aerials (front and side)

Tumbling (e.g. back handsprings, back tucks, back layouts, etc.)

Contemporary acro tricks and advanced variations (e.g. headspins, headsprings, etc.)
